You will work closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate projects, support implementation activities, and ensure successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. You'll partner with Client Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, solve problems, and identify opportunities to improve our products and processes.\nThis role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow their expertise in healthcare technology, digital operations, and program management.\nYou Will:\nSupport the implementation and execution of digital products by coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and helping ensure successful delivery of client outcomes.\nManage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects, ensuring timely execution and a high-quality customer experience.\nPartner with clients to understand program requirements, gather information, and support successful onboarding and implementation activities.\nAssist with data validation, project tracking, reporting, and analysis to help drive informed decision-making and program success.\nCollaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams to resolve issues, remove obstacles, and improve client outcomes.\nIdentify risks, challenges, and opportunities within assigned projects and escalate appropriately to drive timely resolution.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to workflows, tools, and client experiences.\nSupport documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing efforts to improve team effectiveness and operational consistency.\nBuild expertise in digital program operations, healthcare workflows, and Datavant products to effectively support customers and internal stakeholders.\nParticipate in special projects and strategic initiatives that support the growth and success of our digital products and programs.\nWhat You Will Bring to the Table:\nBachelor's degree required, or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, operations, client success, project management, or related fields.\n3-6 years of experience in operations, project management, client success, consulting, healthcare, or customer-facing roles.\nExperience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or supporting client implementations.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage technical, operational, and client stakeholders.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.\nStrong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.\nAbility to quickly learn technical concepts, healthcare workflows, and digital product capabilities.\nCollaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.\nBonus Points If:\nYou have experience working in healthcare, health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare technology.\nYou have exposure to risk adjustment, quality programs, payment integrity, medical record retrieval, or related healthcare operations.\nYou have experience supporting SaaS, digital health, interoperability, or data-driven products.\nYou have worked with reporting or analytics tools such as Sigma, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.\nYou have experience participating in process improvement initiatives or continuous improvement programs.\nYou have experience supporting client implementations, onboarding, or customer success programs.\nWe are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are all responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which all Datavanters belong and thrive.
