The Analyst reviews contractual pricing requirements, validates pricing and account setup, configures new and existing customers across applicable systems, and identifies discrepancies that could result in inaccurate billing or revenue leakage. \nWorking closely with Sales, Client Success, Finance, Billing, Accounting, IT, and Operations, this role supports new customer implementations, contract amendments, pricing changes, and ongoing account maintenance. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to interpret contractual terms and translate them into accurate operational and system configurations \nEssential Responsibilities: \nReview customer contracts and amendments to interpret pricing structures, billing terms, rate schedules, and account requirements. \nValidate pricing and setup requests against executed contracts and resolve discrepancies prior to implementation. \nCreate and maintain customer accounts, projects, pricing, and payer sites across applicable enterprise systems. \nConfigure and maintain pricing, rates, and account information across CRM, ERP, billing, and financial systems. \nEnsure pricing and account information is accurate and consistent across systems to support accurate billing. \nSupport new customer implementations, contract amendments, annual pricing adjustments, and ongoing account changes. \nResearch and resolve pricing and billing discrepancies, including incorrect rates, account setup issues, and contract-to-system inconsistencies. \nPartner with Sales, Client Success, Finance, Billing, Accounting, IT, and Operations to clarify requirements and resolve pricing or setup issues. \nManage pricing and account setup requests while balancing multiple priorities and implementation deadlines. \nMaintain appropriate contract, pricing, and account setup documentation. \nIdentify opportunities to improve pricing controls, account setup processes, and system workflows. \n Qualifications \nBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered. \n2-4 years of experience in pricing, contract administration, billing, revenue operations, customer implementation, or a related operational role. \nExperience reviewing contracts or pricing schedules and translating requirements into system or account setup. \nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. \nWorking knowledge of billing processes, pricing administration, and account reconciliation. \nAbility to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills. \nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience working with CRM, ERP, billing, or financial management platforms; Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred. \nExperience supporting customer implementations, pricing administration, or contract operations. \nHealthcare technology, healthcare operations, or SaaS industry experience. \nFamiliarity with billing operations and revenue support processes. \nWe are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are all responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which all Datavanters belong and thrive.
