This position involves advanced data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and support our mission of improving healthcare through data connectivity. \nYou will:\nServe as the Inventory Management lead for assigned Retrieval Groups, partnering with Operations, Client Success, Provider, Product, and Technology to proactively manage inventory health, project pacing, retrieval yield, and Business Control Metrics. \n\nLead operational performance reviews by identifying inventory risks, conducting root cause analysis, developing recovery plans, and driving corrective actions through resolution. \n\nProvide operational guidance to Regional Operations Analysts, coordinating daily priorities, delegating work, supporting ticket management, and ensuring consistent execution across assigned Retrieval Groups. \n\nDevelop and communicate operational insights through reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis that support leadership decision-making, inventory prioritization, and continuous improvement. \n\nFacilitate cross-functional governance, including inventory reviews, escalation management, action item tracking, and collaboration with Client Success to align operational priorities and client needs. \n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the development of playbooks, Business Control Metrics, operational triggers, reporting enhancements, and the Inventory Management Framework. \n\nLead or support strategic projects and organizational initiatives \n\nPerforming other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related \n\nfield. \n\n2-4 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role. \n\nProficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar). \n\nFamiliarity with project management principles and methodologies is preferred. \n\nStrong knowledge of operational metrics and performance measurement. \n\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a Team.\n\nStrong communication skills to collaborate and present to all levels of employees\n\nPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and \n\ndevelop actionable insights. \n\nBe comfortable leading cross-functional discussions and influencing without direct authority. \n\nEffectively prioritize competing operational needs while maintaining a proactive approach to inventory management.\n\nCommunicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and present information clearly and \n\npersuasively. \n\nDrive accountability by following issues through resolution and driving change within the organization.\n\nWork collaboratively and coach/mentor team members while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. \n\nDemonstrate a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. \n\nWe are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are all responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which all Datavanters belong and thrive.
