As a trusted partner to the Risk Adjustment COO and broader leadership team, you’ll be the analytical and technical engine of the team, turning complex operational data into the insights, models, and tools that shape how we run the business. You’ll work across functions with senior leaders and teammates at every level. While your core strength is analytics and tool building, such as dashboards, lightweight Google Apps Script programs, and AI workflows, you’ll have room to take on strategic projects and program work as the team’s priorities evolve. You’ll have significant visibility, access to senior decision-makers, and the chance to influence the trajectory of a high-growth company from the inside out.\nYou will:\nAnalytics & Insights\nOwn the analysis leadership relies on: monitor KPI trends, diagnose operating variances, and conduct root cause analyses that drive action.\nBuild and maintain operational and financial models, such as capacity, throughput, staffing, and scenario planning, to inform business strategy and evaluate new initiatives.\nTurn complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-ready materials.\nTools, Automation & AI\nIdentify manual, repetitive processes, then recommend and build the best-fit solution, whether that’s Google Apps Script, AI workflows, or other tools.\nBuild and maintain dashboards, lightweight programs, and AI workflows that give leadership and teams timely visibility into performance and save time.\nStay curious about new tools and AI capabilities, and help the team adopt better ways of working.\nStrategic Projects & Cross-functional Collaboration\nContribute to strategic and operational initiatives end to end, from structuring the problem and gathering data to developing recommendations.\nPartner with operations, finance, and other teams across the organization so that analytics are trusted, used, and drive decisions.\nFlex into program management and strategy work alongside teammates as business needs evolve.\nWhat you will bring to the table: \n3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, finance, strategic planning, business analytics, or an operational analyst role, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced setting\nAdvanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills; able to build accurate, scalable models from scratch\nHands-on experience building tools with Google Apps Script, AI-assisted coding, or similar; able to assess options and recommend the best-fit solution for the problem\nStrong analytical skills; able to structure ambiguous problems, work with complex datasets, and extract actionable insights\nHigh standard for accuracy and rigor, with the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality\nExcellent written and verbal communication; able to turn data into clear, compelling stories for senior leadership in Google Slides\nComfortable working cross-functionally with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels; demonstrated professionalism and emotional intelligence\nSelf-starter who takes ownership, brings ideas forward, and is eager to learn and grow through feedback\nBonus points if:\nExperience in risk adjustment coding apps and technology\nPassion for and understanding of the healthcare technology industry\nExperience coaching or mentoring peers\nWe are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are all responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which all Datavanters belong and thrive.
