As a trusted partner to the Risk Adjustment COO and broader leadership team, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution: taking broad, ambiguous problems, bringing structure to them, and driving them to results. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and teammates at every level. While your core strength is strategy and program management, you’ll also roll up your sleeves on analysis when needed. You’ll have significant visibility, access to senior decision-makers, and the chance to influence the trajectory of a high-growth company from the inside out.\nYou will:\nStrategy & Problem Solving\nTake broad, ambiguous business problems and bring structure: define the question, develop the approach, and drive toward clear recommendations.\nDevelop and refine strategies, operating models, and playbooks that help teams operate more effectively as the business scales.\nPrepare executive-ready materials and recommendations, including business reviews and leadership updates.\nProgram Management & Execution\nLead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end to end, including work plans, timelines, risk tracking, and stakeholder alignment.\nDrive initiatives to completion with both speed and quality, adjusting course as priorities shift.\nIdentify opportunities to improve how the team plans and executes work, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.\nCross-functional Leadership\nPartner with leaders and teams across operations, client-facing, and corporate functions to align on priorities and move work forward, often influencing without direct authority.\nOwn key business rhythms, including business reviews, leadership forums, and team development initiatives.\nFlex into analytical work alongside teammates, building analyses, synthesizing data, and pressure-testing recommendations as needed.\nWhat you will bring to the table: \n3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or program management, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced setting\nDemonstrated strategic thinking and program management; able to structure ambiguous problems and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities\nExcellent written and verbal communication, with experience developing clear, compelling, executive-ready presentations\nStrong stakeholder management; able to influence without authority and work effectively with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels\nWorking proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides; curious about using AI and new tools to work smarter\nSelf-starter who takes ownership, moves quickly without sacrificing quality, brings ideas forward, and is eager to learn and grow through feedback\nBonus points if:\nExperience in risk adjustment coding apps and technology\nPassion for and understanding of the healthcare technology industry\nExperience coaching or mentoring peers\nWe are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are smart, nice, and get things done, where every Datavanter is empowered to bring their authentic self to their work.
