Our culture is open, positive, collaborative, and results-driven. Come join us!\nPosition Overview:\nWe are seeking a highly skilled technical Project Manager to join the client service team. On one hand this is a client-facing service delivery manger role. The ideal candidate will be managing all client communications and driving overall delivery schedule, be responsible for designing and implementing innovative integration solutions that meet our client's technical and business requirements. This role involves working closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. On another hand, this is a technical delivery role. The candidate will be responsible for driving and managing all engineering threads in order to deliver the project, and conduct technical hands-on work as needed. This is also a technical hands-on role.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and drive client communications throughout the entire delivery, align different client stakeholders, ensure project is delivered successfully without delay. \nWork closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.\nUnderstand the client's product and business logic to recommend the best solution that addresses specific client needs. Provide strong solution and consulting services. \nTake the project management role to ensure the client onboarding project runs as expected and under control.\nProvide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation and deployment phases, to integrate with the client systems.\nWork closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies into existing systems.\nStay updated on financial services industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions and offerings.\nConduct presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n Proven experience as a technical Project Manager or in a similar technical role.\n Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and integration principles. Strong solutioning skills on Saas platform data integration. \n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\n Strong client-facing communication skills and consultant/client management capabilities. \n Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.\n Knowing auti-fraud in the Financial or internet industry will be a plus.\n Experience in real-time computing, big data, or machine learning will be a plus.\n Benefits\nHealth Insurance, PTO\nThe expected base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location.
