performance testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure system scalability under high-load conditions.\n\n- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment to define test strategies and resolve critical defects early in the SDLC.\n\n- Manage bug tracking and documentation through Jira to maintain transparency and accountability across the project lifecycle.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated proficiency in test automation using Python or Java, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.\n\n- Hands-on experience with software testing tools and version control systems like Git to manage code repositories effectively.\n\n- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable test plans and technical documentation.\n\n- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with 3 to 4 years of
