innovation.\nResponsibilities:\nYou will ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements of the Company and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented. \nEnsure that the Company follows the relevant secretarial standards \nMake the board of directors aware of the rules and laws applicable to the Company \nAdvise the board of directors/members to assist them with their duties and responsibilities towards the Company \nHelp the board to comply with all the corporate governance standards \nRepresenting the Company in front of regulators and other authorities \nAct as the principal officer of the Company to sign documents on behalf of the Company if approved by the board\nResponsible for the timely filing of annual return, directors report and other related documents, issuing signed share certificates, coordinating with depository for issuing/dematerialization of shares as per statutory requirements.\nOther duties as stated by the Board of Directors or otherwise communicated by the Reporting Manager, from time to time\nMaintenance of all statutory registers required to be maintained under the Companies Act, 2013.\nObtain the necessary declarations under Section 184 of the Act from the Directors of the Company.\nObtain necessary declarations under Section 164(2) of the Act from the Directors of the Company.\nIssue share certificates to shareholders.\nPrepare certification of forms, returns and other documents as may be required from time to time under MCA 21 regime Filing of Form MSME, Form DPT 3, DIR 3 KYC for Directors as and when applicable, and any other forms under Company Rules in India\nEnsuring compliance with other statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Shop & Establishment Act, Gratuity Act, RBI/FEMA related matters.\nExperience & Qualifications:\nCompany Secretary experience is mandatory, while LLB is an additional advantage\nBachelors in law ,commerce as a minimum\n5-7 years of post-qualification experience under direct scope of Company Secretary and/ or legal team\nExperience in KYC, AML and Trade Compliance matters is an advantage\nExperience in Corporate law is an
