innovation.\nResponsibilities:\nYou will manage the full range of generalist HR activities in KSA for a new business unit, covering recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, employee development, offboarding, and local compliance.\nManage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.\nSupport recruitment activities, workforce planning, and the mobilisation of new employees.\nManage end-to-end visa and immigration processes, including work visas, business visas, Iqama issuance/renewals, transfers, exit/re-entry visas, and coordination with government authorities and service providers.\nCoordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance and the payroll department.\nAddress employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues.\nSupport employee engagement, retention, learning, and development initiatives.\nMaintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.\nEnsure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.\nManage employment contracts, including preparation, issuance, renewals, amendments, and documentation through Qiwa. \nCoordinate with Government Relations on Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Iqama, visas, and work permits.\nManage medical insurance enrolment and employee benefits administration.\nSupport compensation and benefits administration and ensure consistent application of HR policies.\nSupport performance management, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary processes.\nExperience & Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nProfessional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and KSA employment regulations.\nGood command of English and Arabic is preferred.\n7+ years of relevant HR experience.\nExperience working in a fast-growing and rapidly scaling organisation is preferred.\n3+ years in an HR Manager or similar supervisory role.\nHands-on experience in onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR operations.\nExperience using KSA government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and
