Responsibilities:
You will lead the full lifecycle procurement of EPC contracts, major subcontracts and OEM packages for assigned project opportunities. Additionally you will own project procurement strategy, market engagement, RFP development, tender governance, commercial evaluation, normalization, negotiation, award recommendation and contract handover.
- Develop contracting, packaging, sourcing, market-engagement, evaluation, governance and award plans for assigned projects.
- Build competitive contractor and subcontractor fields and lead prequalification, RFP issuance, clarifications and BAFO processes.
- Own securing project OEM packages, capacities and commercial commitments, assisted by the Electrical and Mechanical LLE & OEM Procurement Specialists.
- Coordinate complete technical, commercial, contractual and execution requirements and ensure the package is market-ready.
- Maintain competitive tension, bidder equality, evaluation traceability, approval gates and complete procurement records with coordinator support.
- Lead normalization, scope and exclusion analysis, cost benchmarks, TCO, schedule and risk adjustments and commercial ranking.
- Work with the EPC Contracts & Legal Interface Lead and Legal to translate negotiated terms into complete contracts, schedules and obligations.
- Coordinate the Project Solutions & Cost Specialist and shared specialists to integrate commercial, solutions, cost, delivery, permitting, OEM and contractual inputs.
- Prepare executive award recommendations and hand over final scope, price, commitments, deviations, risks and open actions to Delivery.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in engineering, quantity surveying, commercial management, procurement, supply chain, business or a related discipline.
- 10+ years EPC, project procurement, commercial management or major construction sourcing experience.
- Proven experience leading EPC contractor, subcontractor and OEM tendering, evaluation, negotiation and award.
- Strong knowledge of data centres, power, utilities, industrial, infrastructure or mission-critical projects.
- Practical knowledge of EPC contracts, OEM interfaces, capacity commitments, bonds, warranties, insurances, LDs, payments and risk allocation.
- Strong cost normalization, benchmarking, TCO and executive recommendation capability.
- Ability to manage multiple live tenders and early developments with strong governance and stakeholder alignment
