You will be responsible for establishing robust project controls frameworks, driving pre-construction planning excellence, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, and aligned with business objectives.\nLead end-to-end pre-construction planning activities for large-scale capital projects, ensuring projects are fully defined, resourced, and ready for execution.\nEstablish and maintain enterprise-level project controls standards, systems, tools, and processes across the project portfolio.\nOwn project timeline development and execution tracking from concept through project completion.\nDevelop and implement integrated project delivery strategies, including delivery scope, schedule, risk, and resource plans.\nEstablish project execution plans, monitor stage-gate processes, readiness assessments, and governance frameworks.\nPartner with Development, Design & Engineering, and Construction teams to review constructability, phasing, packaging, and execution strategies.\nOversee development and management of integrated master schedules covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.\nLead project cost planning, forecasting, change management, earned value management, and performance reporting.\nMonitor critical path activities and proactively identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation measures.\nLead recovery planning and acceleration strategies to maintain project delivery commitments.\nConduct schedule health assessments and delivery readiness reviews across ongoing and future projects.\nEnsure integration of contractor, consultant, vendor, and client schedules into a unified project execution framework.\nAct as senior point of contact for project controls and pre-construction delivery matters.\nLead and mentor teams of planners, schedulers, project controls managers, and delivery professionals.\nExperience & Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management or a related technical discipline.\n15+ years of experience in project controls, project management, construction management, or capital project delivery.\nMinimum 8+ years of leadership experience managing project controls and pre-construction functions for large-scale projects.\nDemonstrated experience in planning and delivering complex infrastructure, data centers, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical projects.\nStrong expertise in project scheduling, risk management, and project governance.\nExperience managing multi-disciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholder groups.\nProficiency with project controls and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent systems.\nExperience leading projects for multi-billion-dollar capital programs.\nAdvanced knowledge of EPC/EPCM, Design-Build, and Integrated Delivery
