Platform & Performance Team.\n\nThe position will play a significant role in architecting, designing, developing and delivering high-performance Java-based software solutions that underpin our platform's stability, scalability, and efficiency.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and implement core components of the DataWalk platform.\n\nIdentify, recommend, design and implement non-functional and performance improvements.\n\nEvaluate new technologies and their application to the business.\n\nWork with team members and AI tools to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review code and/or design proper testing mechanisms.\n\nSupport back-end engineering efficiency initiatives.\n\nRequirements:\n8+ years of experience, preferably in a product company.\n\nFluent in Java, Spring, JDBC, SQL, Mockito, JUnit/TestNG.\n\nGood knowledge of SQL databases (preferably columnar database), basic knowledge of noSQL solutions.\n\nHands-on experience with AI coding tools and agents, with the judgment to responsibly enhance productivity and platform capabilities without compromising security, reliability, or maintainability.\n\nExperience in working with RESTful web services.\n\nExposure to AWS, OCI, Kubernetes.\n\nFamiliar with Redis, ActiveMQ Artemis (JMS), Docker.\n\nA self-starter and able to work well with others in a fast-paced agile environment with an emphasis on collaboration.\n\nFluency in English and Polish.\n\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of / experience in graph analytics.\n\nExperience with TypeScript and Angular.\n\nExposure to building AI
