Core Accounting & Bookkeeping\nReview all financial transactions across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).\nPrepare, collate, and translate AP documentation, including all payments to suppliers, staff, and third-party companies.\nManage AR workflows, including invoicing, receipting, credit control, and check collection as necessary.\nPrepare payment vouchers, checks, and perform petty cash reconciliations.\nManage and track fixed assets and complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.\n2. Tax Compliance & Legal Review\nPrepare monthly tax returns and reports, including Value Added Tax (PP30, PP36), Withholding Tax (PND3, PND53, PND54), and Corporate Income Tax.\nMonitor BOI-related tax transactions and ensure compliance with BOI conditions and tax regulations.\nReview customer and vendor agreements from a financial and compliance perspective.\nLiaise with the external accounting firm regarding daily processes, monthly tax/VAT preparation, and legal issues.\n3. Miscellaneous\nHandle credit control (collection and payment management) to maintain healthy cash flow.\nSupport management with other ad-hoc financial and administrative assignments as required.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Accountant.\nHigh proficiency in PEAK (or similar cloud-accounting programs such as FlowAccount, Express, etc.).\nExperience with BOI privileges, compliance, and reporting; strong working knowledge of BOI regulations and application processes is also acceptable.\nStrong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations.\nAbility to translate and prepare accounting documentation accurately.\nBenefits\nHybrid Working options with Flexible Working Hours.\nYour Choice of Gear: Mac or Windows?
