engineering with 3+ years in leadership roles \n Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS, Next.js, and backend (NestJS, Ruby or similar) \n Solid understanding of system design, microservices, scalability, and performance optimization \n Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and caching mechanisms \n Familiar with testing practices (Unit, Integration, E2E) \n Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) \n Strong knowledge of Git and modern development workflows \n Proven ability to lead teams, deliver projects, and drive engineering
