Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end marketing architectures, demand generation strategies, and brand positioning frameworks. This specialist role focuses on expanding our market footprint, optimizing multi-channel customer acquisition funnels, and scaling lead generation pipelines for enterprise-tier SaaS and AI-driven technology portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

1. Funnel Optimization & Lead Generation

• Formulate, deploy, and govern comprehensive B2B marketing strategies and high-impact campaigns to drive qualified pipeline velocity, brand equity, and commercial growth.
• Own, audit, and optimize the full-funnel lifecycle to capture and nurture high-intent leads specifically for B2B SaaS and advanced AI infrastructure portfolios.
• Align closely with cross-functional Sales, Product, and Business Development verticals to harmonize marketing operations with overarching pipeline and corporate revenue metrics.

2. Multi-Channel Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Strategy, execution, and deep analysis of targeted digital media acquisitions across core professional networks, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads architecture, Facebook Ads, and complex SEO frameworks.
• Systematically monitor cross-channel campaign architectures, parsing analytics data to provide structural optimization recommendations, yield improvement, and elevated return on investment (ROI).
• Leverage market intelligence, demographic behavioral tracking, and aggressive competitor indexing to map shifting industry trends and strategic product positioning.

3. Event Coordination & Vendor Management

• Project manage operational logistics and marketing activations for key corporate events, webinars, specialized executive workshops, and flagship industry conferences.
• Govern operational relations with external agencies, performance vendors, and media partners to guarantee uniform brand governance and execution accuracy.
• Continually diagnose pipeline workflow gaps to refine asset templates, process efficiency, and multi-tiered marketing automation loops.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience within B2B Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Lead Generation, or highly adjacent digital marketing roles.
• Prior career background within SaaS, deep tech ecosystems, AI infrastructure, enterprise software applications, or corporate technology solutions is highly preferred.
• Robust command over specialized B2B metrics, including Multi-Touch Attribution, Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), MQL/SQL conversion funnels, and search-to-lead customer journeys.
• Direct, hands-on infrastructure management and deployment of SEM campaigns primarily via Google Ads (Search/Display/PMax) and LinkedIn Ads to capture high-intent enterprise buyers.
• Proven experience executing technical and content SEO strategies, including keyword mapping, search intent alignment, and driving organic pipeline growth.
• Strong operational mastery of GA4 (Google Analytics 4) tracking, custom event setup, and Google Search Console to analyze user behavior and web performance.
• Elite data-backed analytical skills to manage multiple campaigns under velocity, paired with exceptional bilingual proficiency in English and Thai (professional business standard).
