into practical digital solutions, improving the delivery experience through close collaboration with business stakeholders, designers and engineering teams.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\nOwn and prioritise the product backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria.\n\nLead requirements workshops, feature design and wireframe development.\n\nDefine requirements for backend business logic, data flows and system integrations.\n\nGuide Agile teams through planning, development, demonstrations and releases.\n\nCoordinate user acceptance testing and business sign-off.\n\nUse analytics and user feedback to improve customer experience and service levels.\n\nSupport and mentor other Product Owners.\n\nRequirements\n\nRelevant degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.\n\nProduct Owner or SAFe Product Owner certification.\n\nAt least six years’ experience as a Senior or Lead Product Owner.\n\nDemonstrated last-mile delivery and logistics technology experience.\n\nExperience designing and implementing complex delivery networks.\n\nEcommerce and retail experience.\n\nStrong technical understanding, analytical skills and commercial judgement.\n\nAbility to manage multidisciplinary stakeholders and work through ambiguity.\n\nAn industrial engineering background and ecommerce logistics operations experience would be
