# Senior Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide projects within a banking environment. The successful candidate will plan, direct and coordinate delivery, ensuring that project goals are achieved in line with business strategy. The role requires strong project planning, stakeholder management and delivery capability. Exposure to technical projects, particularly Software as a Service (SaaS) implementations, will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation and planning through implementation, handover and closure. Work with business stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables and success criteria. Develop comprehensive project plans covering delivery strategy, staffing, schedules, dependencies and resource allocation. Coordinate business teams, technical teams and external service providers to achieve agreed outcomes. Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating concerns where required. Monitor delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality requirements.
