This role combines project management excellence with deep functional expertise in SAP, LIMS, e-QMS and other systems. Lead a geographically distributed team, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.\n\nMain Tasks & Responsibilities :\n\nSAP S4 and Quality System Oversight :\n\n- Own and evolve the SAP QM, TM/PM, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and other quality-related platforms solutions.\n\n- Act as IT Process Owner of the above mentioned areas.\n\n- Ensure integration of quality systems with SAP and MES environments to support end-to-end traceability and compliance.\n\n- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to meet industry and legal standards.\n\nTeam Leadership :\n\n- Manage and mentor a diverse team of ERP and quality systems professionals across different countries.\n\n- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Align team objectives with global IT and business strategies.\n\nChange & Stakeholder Management :\n\n- Champion change management initiatives to support digital transformation in manufacturing and quality domains.\n\n- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.\n\n- Provide training, documentation, and support to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes.\n\nProject Management :\n\n- Act as project manager for end-to-end S4 implementations and enhancements as part of the global SAP Datwyler Program.\n\n- Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple countries, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.\n\n- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business and IT leadership.\n\n- Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and communications for complex, multi-site initiatives.\n\nOperational Excellence :\n\n- Provide 2nd-level support for SAP QM, PM/TM and related modules.\n\n- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.\n\n- Ensure compliance with ITIL/COBIT frameworks and internal governance policies.\n\nSkills & Technical Competences & Behaviors :\n\n- A proven Master level of working and thinking in Business, Information Services, or Computer Science.\n\n- 10 years of relevant experience.\n\n- Proven track record in managing international teams and complex IT projects.\n\n- Proven people management skills.\n\n- Thorough knowledge of the SAP Quality and Production Planning modules with solid design and configuration skills with the relevant SAP certifications.\n\n- Good knowledge of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).\n\n- Good knowledge about the integration points with MM, WM and LIMS.\n\n- Good knowledge of application development methodology.\n\n- Good knowledge of ITIL or COBIT frameworks.\n\n- Knowledge on Integration with shop floor system and MES SAP MII.\n\n- Thorough knowledge of MS Office and company specific software.\n\n- Fluent communication skills, verbal and written in English.\n\n- Willingness to travel.\n\n-
