language skills will not be considered!\nYour ResponsibilitiesProvide first- and second-level IT support to external business and private customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.\nTake ownership of incidents and service requests from initial diagnosis through resolution and closure, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and priorities.\nAdminister and maintain customer IT environments, including Windows clients, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.\nDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, VPN, firewall, and VoIP issues, escalating complex cases to specialized engineering teams when required.\nManage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, and maintain core infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.\nPerform system configuration, patch management, software deployments, and routine maintenance to keep customer environments secure and reliable.\nMonitor customer systems, investigate alerts, and address issues affecting service availability and performance.\nContribute to customer migrations, installations, hardware replacements, and infrastructure improvement projects.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation and communicate progress, technical issues, and solutions clearly to German-speaking customers.\nIdentify and implement improvements to customer infrastructure, IT security, support processes, and service quality in collaboration with the team.\n\nYour ProfileIT qualification or equivalent practical experience, with at least 3 years in IT support, system administration, or system engineering.\nFluent German and good English, both written and spoken, are essential.\nStrong practical knowledge of Windows clients, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.\nGood understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Group Policy, and access management.\nExperience with system monitoring, patch management, and troubleshooting, supported by a sound understanding of IT security and backup concepts.\nStrong problem-solving skills, a structured approach, and clear technical documentation.\nA customer-focused mindset, clear communication, and ownership of tasks, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\nExperience in an IT service provider environment, virtualization, firewalls, endpoint management, or PowerShell is an
