Performs the responsibilities detailed below for the assigned area.Job Description:\nFollow all environmental, health, and safety requirements\nFollow safe operating procedures and maintain compliance with 5S standards\nPerform preventive maintenance activities on production and facility equipment\nCommunicate equipment status, issues, and repair activities during shift transitions\nTroubleshoot and support Allen-Bradley PLC systems, FANUC robotics, CNC controls, and related automation equipment\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, equipment reliability, and productivity\nPlan and execute new or modified electrical installations in accordance with specifications and applicable electrical codes\nMeasure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit systems\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings, including U.S. and European standards\nInstall, repair, splice, terminate, and connect electrical wiring and components\nCreate and maintain material lists for maintenance and project work orders\nInstall and connect lighting systems, power equipment, motors, disconnects, bus plugs, and grounding systems\nInstall and maintain electrical control and distribution equipment, including switches, relays, and circuit breaker panels\nTest electrical circuits, components, and systems using multimeters, megohmmeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment\nInspect and monitor electrical systems to identify hazards, failures, and improvement opportunities\nTroubleshoot and repair production equipment, facility systems, HVAC systems, lighting systems, and building support equipment\nBalance sintering furnace glo-bars to maintain consistent heating performance\nWire, install, and modify control panels and electrical systems to support equipment upgrades and improvements\nRecord maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance activities within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)\nAssist maintenance, engineering, and production personnel as directed\nLocate, understand, and follow all applicable work instructions and procedures\nMeet physical requirements as outlined in the Physical Demand Analysis\nOther duties as assigned\nRequired Skills and Education\nAssociate Degree in Electrical-related field or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience\nAbout Dauch:\nDauch Corporation is a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier serving the global automotive industry with a powertrain-agnostic product portfolio that supports electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles.
