Apply today!\nJob Description:\nSupervises production associate outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.\nDelivers KPI’s, business strategy, and people strategy in area(s) of responsibility. Creates and maintains a master strategic plan to accomplish KPI’s.\nCommunicates and enforces Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality policies and procedures.\nMaintains a physical presence on the floor; walks the floor with incoming/outgoing Group Leaders, Cross Functional Engineers, and Team Leaders to address safety, quality, and productivity issues.\nCompletes leadership standard work and checklists.\nReviews production priorities with Team Leaders, audits Team Leader execution of startup meetings at PVD boards and supports where needed.\nEnsures TPM is completed; gathers and enters production data; check and initial LTA data throughout value stream.\nAssists the team, engineering, other processes, and management to ensure customer and business requirements are met.\nExpedites production, prototype and PPAP components.\nDrives continuous improvement cross-functionally and in production, leading Kaizen events and 5-why/Practical Problem-Solving projects root cause elimination.\nTroubleshoots equipment and processes within trained skillset and according to policy.\nEnsures conformance to IATF 16949 procedures and work instructions.\nAssists in facilitation of corrective actions related to internal issues/customer complaints.
