Ensure effective communication and collaboration to meet client needs and company objectives.\nStaffing Solutions Expertise: Expertly manage contingency staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO solutions, and volume hiring processes. Develop and implement strategies for efficient talent acquisition.\nTalent Acquisition & Relocation: Lead efforts to attract top talent across borders. Oversee the logistics of talent relocation, including work permits and payroll solutions.\nQualifications:\nExperience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT staff augmentation or a related field, with a significant portion in a senior sales or managerial role. Proven success in building and managing a function from the ground up.\nClient Base: Established client relationships and a strong network within Saudi Arabia.\n Skills: Expertise in contingency staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO solutions, and volume hiring.
