They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.\nJob Title: Data Analytics Specialist\nJob Description:\nAnalyses and revises information and data initiatives including database structure, ETL processes, and external data interfaces.\nDesign and Development of ETL processes based on the requirements.\nExcellent experience in using Informatica, PowerCenter and Microsoft SSIS ETL tools.\nDevelop Program Units (such as Stored Procedures, Packages) required for the ETL process.\nExceptional knowledge of using Microsoft Office products especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint.\nInteract with the other departments to understand and identify data needs and requirements and work with other members of the IT organization to deliver ETL solution to address those needs.\nProvide third-level support for production Data Integration environment.\nMonitor performance of all Data Integration systems; provide ongoing performance tuning, review logs, clean temp files and all other administrative issues required to ensure applications and databases are performing efficiently.\nMust possess excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented with an ability to meet critical deadlines.\nExcellent communication (oral/written) skills with respect to team members, peers, and staff at all levels of the organization.\nHas ability to work both independently and as part of a team. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered). High level interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral.\nEXPERIENCE\n· A minimum of 10 years hands-on experience working with database and ETL technologies and architectures; including both logical and physical designs, data mart creation, ETL tools, loaders and development and reporting tools is preferable. This experience should include influencing global data architecture directions and defining major data architecture related technology standards.\n· A minimum of 10 years experience with implementation of ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and Microsoft SSIS tools.\n· A minimum of 7 years experience writing Oracle & SQL Server stored procedures and packages.\n· A minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in various data definition and modelling projects and demonstrated capabilities in carrying best practices and common objects/components to other projects is required.
