They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.\nJob Title: Dynamic CRM Consultant\nJob Purpose:\nEnhance the currently implemented Dynamics 365 CRM system by adding new functionalities and features through configuration and customizations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nImplementation of functionalities, customizations, and provide end user support in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.\nDevelop and manage CRM integrations with Dynamics 365 FinOps and other business systems.\nConduct ongoing software maintenance and upgrades.\nCoordinate with departments and end users to understand business requirements and translate into functional / technical solutions.\nPrepare technical reports, training materials, documentation and provide training to end users on business systems.\nCollaborate with external consultants and vendors to ensure the business solutions meet the end-user needs, improve efficiency and achievement of all business objectives.\nAny other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.\nJob Requirement:\nBachelors degree in computer science\nA minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation, customization, testing, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM\nIntegration experience with Microsoft and with other Business System Products.\nExperience in Microsoft Power Automate and other Power Platform Products.\nExperience in Document Core
