The primary objective is to ensure that different\ncomponents can effectively work together, enabling efficient data flow, improved operational processes, and enhanced overall performance and is responsible for strategically planning and executing projects, CRs\ncoordinating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, mitigating risks, ensuring quality control, and driving continuous improvement. Ultimately, the Integration Manager's goal is to facilitate successful integration\ninitiatives that align with the organization's objectives, optimize efficiency, and contribute to overall business success. Design and Development Oracle\nApplication; to accomplish the business goals in terms of Financial, Procurement, Property Sales, Residential & Shops leasing. Develop functional and technical specifications to address new/change requirements shared by\nbusiness champions following the standard Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies and Industry Best Practices.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain Oracle APEX applications, including the creation of interactive reports, interactive grids, and function-based reports, forms, and dashboards.\nCustomize and create new objects using Oracle Database design, SQL, PL/SQL\nRender web services using Oracle Apex ORDS RESTful using table, view, query sent to a remote, REST-enabled SQL database.\nInterpret XML and JSON-based objects to consume vertical application web services or micro services.\nHands-on experience in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle JET components\nExperience in ATP (Autonomous Database for Transaction Processing) is a plus.\nHands-on experience on Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) Personalization/Extensions and Form.\nPersonalization\nMinimum 6 to 10 years designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle e-Business Suite modules including Oracle AP, and Oracle Purchasing, iProcurment, iSupplier, Sourcing, Service Procurement, Inventory,\nSupplier life cycle management.\nShould have experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Release 12 on a minimum of 2 implementations in the capacity of a technical Lead.\nAcademic:\nA bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or engineering is typically required.\nA master's degree or additional certifications in areas such as project management or business process management can be advantageous.\nTechnical:\nPMI - ACP Certification will be an added benefit.\nTOGAF Certification will be an added benefit.\nExperience:\nProven experience in managing Oracle development projects and initiatives, preferably in a similar role as an\nOracle developer or a related position.\nExperience with integrating diverse systems, applications, and technologies within complex IT environments.\nStrong knowledge of Oracle technologies of various integration methodologies, such as Application\nProgramming Interface (API) management, or service-oriented architecture (SOA) & Oracle e-Business.\nKnowledge of industry-specific integration challenges, standards, and regulations, if applicable.\nCreate artifacts from the perspective of technology, product, domain, and infrastructure as applicable.\nJob Description\nHuman Resources Department\nProvide data analysis to support new project definition/design to troubleshoot/resolve issues with existing subject areas.\nFollow established standards and best practices and provide input for improvement of those processes.\nSkills:\nOracle Databased, SQL PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Package, etc.\nOracle Visual Builder, Oracle Apex, Oracle e-biz OAF R12\nStrong technical knowledge of integration concepts, adapters, patterns, and protocols.\nExpertise with relevant technologies and protocols such as RESTful, SOAP, XML, JSON, and messaging systems\n(e.g., JMS), service Oriented and Event Driven architecture (SOA/EDA).\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills to identify integration requirements, evaluate system compatibility, and troubleshoot issues.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various departments and levels within the organization.\nAbility to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.\nStrong negotiation and influencing skills to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and align integration initiatives with organizational goals.\nCollaborative mindset and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and project managers.\nAbility to establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, or service providers involved in integration projects.\nStrong presentation skills to deliver updates, reports, and recommendations to management and other relevant stakeholders.\nIn-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a
