a high-performing Agile Scrum team and attending ceremonies such as Sprint\nPlanning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Sprint Demos.\nContinuously improve how we bring new features to market and make recommendations on process and technical enhancements\nCommunicating task progress, evaluating technical feasibility, suggesting technical approaches, estimating timelines, and resolving technical and process issues\nImproving front-end performance by diagnosing and fixing all system errors and bugs\nParticipating in ideation and innovation workshops with business and technical teams to bring fresh ideas from your perspective into the mix\nDesigning, deploying, and managing web and mobile applications that can run on multiple platforms\nWriting effective, scalable, and reusable JavaScript code can help create interchangeable front-end modules\nCollaborating with design, development, and customer service teams to properly understand client requirements and build top-notch apps within the stipulated time and budget.\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:\nTechnical Qualifications & Experience\nDesigning, deploying, and managing web and mobile applications that can run on multiple platforms\nPlanning the data and presentation layer for the front end of all applications\nExpert-level understanding of React.js and its fundamentals & experience in building cross-\nplatform mobile applications using the React Native framework with at least one released app\n(solo or as a team member).\nUtilizing React Native to design and develop UI components for web and mobile apps based on JavaScript\nWell-versed in all aspects of JavaScript like writing effective, scalable, and reusable JavaScript code can help create interchangeable front-end modules\nUsing other JavaScript libraries (like Redux) to make asynchronous API calls and enhance website/mobile app performance\nIn-depth knowledge of UI/UX designs and wireframes.\nGood working knowledge of HTML and CSS\nCollaborating with design, development, and customer service teams to properly understand\nclient requirements and build top-notch apps within the stipulated time and budget\nExperience of independently crafted project solutions by applying solid Object-Oriented- Design principles.\nAgile/Digital Experience\nExperience in Agile Development\nExperience working with CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with the App release cycle.\nIndividual Skills\nExceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to understand business challenges, structure complex problems, develop
