Primary Responsibilities & Deliverables\nWork very closely with Management, Procurement Director and team to understand the business requirements and closely work with SAP Ariba Implementing partner and internal IT teams.\nLead through the lifecycle of an SAP Ariba implementation.\nDefine and communicate Strategy that balances the needs of the Enterprise and the Business domains\nGuide through the design process to make decisions with full visibility into SAP Ariba Best Practices.\nEvaluate potential solutions against business requirements, ensuring they are aligned to broader architectural and security standards and that they meet tactical and strategic objectives.\nUnderstand Process and problems, anticipates needs / Identifies issues and approaches for determining potential solutions.\nAssist in the development of processes and procedures which leverage SAP Ariba solution functionality being deployed.\nPlans and manages project tasks and resources to ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards to achieve high satisfaction.\nShare expertise through training and communications with ensuring knowledge transfer and the desired level of self-sufficiency is achieved.\nKnowledge in Interfacing Master data from SAP ERP to Ariba and Vice Versa\nWork with Development/QA teams to build/test the solution\nDocument functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases\nFacilitate review sessions with Business owners and end-user representatives\nDemonstrate business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements\nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\nCreativity: Applies original and innovative thinking to produce new ideas and create innovative products\nProcess Orientation: Identifies problems and initiates necessary changes; designs practices, procedures, and systems to manage work simply\nCommunication: Conveys complex and technical business issues to diverse audiences, and projects a highly credible, polished image in presentations and communications\nDecision-Making: Considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one; acts decisively and swiftly\nSupport the Business Domain leaders to build, lead, develop, appraise, and motivate a team of resources that it is capable of satisfying the accountabilities described above\nProven experience in delivering this type of solutions to challenging business requirements for project initiatives Exposure and Experience on areas such as Procurement Process Improvement, SAP Ariba implementation\nEXPERIENCE\nMore than 12 years of experience in Project Management and Procurement transformation\nMinimum of 5 years' experience as SAP Ariba and SAP ERP\nHands-on experience with implementing SAP Ariba programs EDUCATION\nBachelors degree in data science, computer science, engineering, or related field.
