common issues.\n- Understanding of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, and Knowledge Management.\n- Proficiency in using ServiceNow ticketing system.\n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical end-users.\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n- BE or MCA in any Engineering discipline from a reputed college.\nMandatory Skills:\nServiceNow Administration, Active directory, MFA, Okta.\nExcellent communication skills as it's a client facing
