They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.\nJob Title: Senior Projects Manager -(PMIS)\nMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProject Management:\nLead and oversee the end-to-end deployment of the PMIS solution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.\nDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, taking into consideration all aspects of the PMIS implementation.\nStakeholder Management:\nEffectively communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to various stakeholders, including executive leadership, project teams, and end-users.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.\nPMIS Implementation:\nLeverage your extensive experience in implementing PMIS solutions, with a focus ideally on PMWeb, within the real estate and construction sector.\nWork closely with technical teams, vendors, and internal users to customize and configure the PMIS to meet specific organizational requirements.\nLeadership:\nManage the project ecosystem, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of the PMIS solution.\nFoster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. Handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, poise, and diplomacy.\nMinimum Qualification\n Masters degree in engineering or economics.
