the Product Designing and implementation with respect to Business requirements\nSound understanding and hands on experience of Corporate Collections Process and Life Cycle for Cheque/ cash Management and Direct Debit.\nCross border team working experience.\nKnowledge of Banking domain is a must\nStrong understanding of SDLC process\nStrong inter personal communication skills\nExcellent Business Process Management Experience\nExperience of working in large scale transformation Project involving Process optimization and changes.\nGood verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.\nAbility to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach.\nAbility to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.\nAbility to document requirement specs for large scale banking applications\nAbility to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.\nAbility to communicate clearly with business users and Tech lead\nAbility to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces.\nAbility to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality,
