They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.\nJob Title: Yardi Developer\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork with Functional Consultants and Product Manager to understand the business requirements.\n· Prepare technical specifications document based on business requirements\n· Estimate the efforts and timelines for the development\n· Develop reports, correspondence templates, notifications, stored procedures, tasks, interfaces,\ndashboards and all other Yardi related technical solutions based on business requirements.\n· Test and document the solutions developed\n· Prepare transition document for UAT and Production deployment\n· Maintain sources codes version control using TFS\n· Work with support and functional consultants to fix data issues and data cleanup activities\n· Work with support consultant to troubleshoot Yardi related issues\n· Conduct Yardi technical training for other IT teams\n· Contribute to new product and upgrade implementations\nMaintain tracker for the assigned tasks and send weekly activity & status report to Product Manager\nQualifications, experience, & skills\n· Internal Communication All Departments/Business Units as required and IT\n· External Communication External IT Vendors\n· Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent\n· Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar role\n· Excellent knowledge and experience in Yardi database tables, YSR, SSRS, Columnar,\nAnalytics, Custom financials, Triggers, Stored Procedures, Cursors and Functions\n· Knowledge and experience in .NET will be added advantage\n· Good knowledge and understanding of real estate business\n· Very good knowledge in Yardi Voyager and Voyager + products: Commercial Leasing, Retail\nLeasing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, ABF, Fixed Asset, Bank\nBook, Work Order, Inspection, Legal, Orion BI and Commercial Café\n· Excellent communication and presentation skills\n· Excellent interpersonal skills to relate and communicate to all levels of stakeholders\n· Ability to take initiative and an aptitude for creative problem-solving and displays a positive\nattitude &
