You’ll work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure the platform runs smoothly, helping internal users provide seamless service to guests across our locations.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support to internal users (Sales, Guest Services, Operations), resolving basic Salesforce issues and escalating as needed\nUser Management: Assist with user setup and permission maintenance-keeping things clean, secure, and easy to use for everyone from front-line team members to corporate staff\nConfiguration Assistance: Help update page layouts, fields, and reports/dashboards to better support business users and improve operational efficiency\nData Integrity: Support efforts to maintain clean and accurate guest and operational data, including running deduplication tools and basic data imports\nTraining and Documentation: Assist with onboarding materials, training sessions, and maintaining documentation so that teams across the business know how to make the most of Salesforce\n Testing and QA: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate platform changes before they go live\n Learn and Grow: Stay current on Salesforce updates and features relevant to the eatertainment space (e.g. loyalty programs, event bookings, and guest journey optimization)\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n0-2 years of professional experience or hands-on academic project work in Salesforce administration\nInterest in CRM systems and how technology improves guest experience and business operations\nFamiliarity with Salesforce objects, page layouts, reports, and dashboards\nExposure to Salesforce Flow or Process Builder is a plus\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills-especially when working with cross-functional teams\nDetail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a high-energy environment\nAny experience in hospitality, restaurants, or entertainment is a plus!\n\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?:\nDave & Buster’s is an imaginative and dynamic company dedicated to creating innovative entertainment experiences that bring joy, laughter, and excitement to people of all ages.
