You’ll work at the center of Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to turn emerging product concepts into clear, executable programs.\nThis is a role for someone who is energized by 0→1 work. Not everything will be fully defined when you start - you’ll help create the structure, uncover dependencies, and make the trade-offs that allow teams to learn quickly and build thoughtfully. You’ll connect product strategy to technical execution and help new products move from early validation through launch and scale.\nWhat You’ll Build & Own\nLead complex new product programs from early concept and technical discovery through development, launch, iteration, and scale.\n\nPartner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate product strategy into executable roadmaps, sequencing work across multiple teams and technical systems.\n\nCreate clarity around architecture, dependencies, risk, operational readiness, and critical decisions as products move through different stages of development.\n\nCoordinate across Engineering, Design, Data, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure launches work end to end - not just in the product experience.\n\nBuild launch and experimentation frameworks that help teams test assumptions, learn from member behavior, and use data to inform what comes next.\n\nAnticipate technical and operational constraints early, helping teams balance speed to market with reliability, scalability, and long-term flexibility.\n\nThe Impact\nYou’ll help determine how effectively Dave turns new ideas into products members use and value. Your work will create the operating foundation that allows teams to experiment thoughtfully, launch with confidence, and scale successful products across the business.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience & Technical Foundation\n8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, including significant ownership of consumer product launches or 0→1 initiatives.\n\nProven experience taking products from early definition through launch in partnership with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong technical fluency across modern software systems, including mobile applications, APIs, distributed systems, data platforms, and third-party integrations.\n\nExperience operating in ambiguous product environments where requirements, technical approaches, and priorities evolve as teams learn.\n\nStrong understanding of experimentation, analytics, launch readiness, and product development lifecycles.\n\nDemonstrated ability to identify dependencies and risks across multiple teams and turn complexity into clear decisions and execution plans.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication, particularly when translating technical or regulatory complexity for senior stakeholders.\n\nTrack record of influencing without direct authority and building alignment across teams with different priorities.\n\nBS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.\n\nBonus Points\nFintech experience across banking, payments, credit, lending, or other consumer financial products.\n\nExperience launching products involving financial partners, regulated workflows, or complex operational processes.\n\nFamiliarity with LaunchDarkly, FullStory, Looker, Snowflake, and GCP.\n\nWhat Makes Someone Successful Here\nYou take responsibility for outcomes, not just delivery plans.
