Analyst\nLocation: Bangkok, Thailand\nWork model: Hybrid\nEmployment type: full time.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nAnalyze business data across deposits, withdrawals, trading volumes, customer behaviour, IB/partner structures, promotions, bonuses, and other key commercial areas\n\nIdentify anomalies, unusual trends, data discrepancies, and potential business risks and investigate their root causes\n\nReconcile data across CRM, trading platforms, internal ledgers, and other systems to ensure accuracy and consistency\n\nBuild, maintain, and automate recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and business teams\n\nTranslate complex datasets into clear findings, insights, and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders\n\nInvestigate business questions using data, including customer behaviour, churn, promotion performance, and the impact of operational or policy changes\n\nProactively identify growth opportunities and areas for business improvement through data analysis\n\nWork closely with IT and AI teams to identify additional data requirements, queries, and datasets\n\nDocument data sources, methodologies, assumptions, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility\n\nContinuously improve analytical processes and reduce reliance on manual reporting.\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nMinimum 2 years of professional Data Analysis experience\n\nFluent in English both verbal and written\n\nStrong SQL skills, including multi-table joins, window functions, and working efficiently with large datasets\n\nHands-on Python experience for data analysis using pandas, Polars, or similar tools\n\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate anomalies and determine root causes\n\nAbility to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders\n\nComfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions as part of analytical workflows\n\nStrong ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive analytical tasks from question to conclusion\n\nExperience within Forex/CFD, brokerage, fintech, payments, or another financial services environment is considered a strong advantage\n\nExperience with financial reconciliation, dashboards, A/B testing, cohort analysis, or statistical
