Digital Sales Representative (Polish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading global company in the digital advertising and social media industry that is seeking to onboard a Polish-Speaking Digital Sales Representative to join their team in Athens.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and develop relationships with business clients and agency partners

• Provide consultative, needs-based sales support and recommend appropriate advertising solutions

• Analyse advertising performance and existing digital and social media strategies to identify opportunities for growth

• Advise clients on solutions that can improve campaign performance, business results and return on advertising spend

• Drive advertiser success and revenue growth through campaign optimisation and relevant additional solutions

• Achieve individual sales, revenue and performance targets

• Use CRM systems, sales tools, dashboards and other platforms to manage customer engagement, pipeline activity and performance

• Use data, insights and relevant examples to influence customer decisions and encourage solution adoption

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B sales, account management, business development, digital advertising or a similar commercial environment

• Native or near-native level of Polish

• Fluent English

• Strong commercial mindset with a proven focus on achieving sales and revenue targets

• Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into relevant business solutions

• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including online advertising, campaign performance, audience targeting and optimisation

• Ability to understand and discuss business metrics and advertising value, including return on advertising spend (ROAS)

• Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, dashboards and performance tracking tools

• Ability to multitask, prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
