We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic, who has a passion for residential home construction to share in our success!\nThis person will assist our VP of Land, Division President, and Land Acquisition Team with a variety of pivotal tasks and requires a reliable, self-starting individual who can work independently.\nResponsibilities include:\nAssist Land Acquisition and Entitlement Managers with procurement of due diligence work as well as requesting and preparing all necessary paperwork for vendors and company executives\nAssist the land team with community planning process, including site analysis, yield studies, land planning, landscape design, signage, and monumentation, amenity programming and planning, and common open space planning.\nAct as the Land Team representative to transition all communities to vertical construction post development\nAct as the company respresentative for all HOA matters including communicating with Legal Council to create HOA Governing Documents, and coordinate with Association Management Companies to establish Proformas, participate on HOA boards for each community.\nAssist with vendor set up, invoice processing, and approval of draw submittals for land acquisition, land entitlements, and land development vendors\nTrack and manage deadlines on multiple projects and milestones\nTrack and manage lot takedown requirements with local Division managers and the corporate land team\nFacilitate agreements and contracts with third parties and maintain accurate records\nFacilitate communication with multiple departments within the company\nMaintain spreadsheets for tracking purposes and regularly disseminate information to multiple people inside and outside the organization, as well as following up as needed to ensure each project stays on track through completion\nMaintaining general records and other assignments as needed\n Bachelor’s or associate degree in architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.\nKnowledge of residential plans and land development construction drawings\nReal estate development or homebuilding experience preferred\nMust be able to learn software quickly in order to conduct market research and analysis.
