The successful candidate will have prior reception or administrative experience, along with a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and a drive to help and support others.\nOur office is located near the intersection of West Loop Freeway (610) and I-10 Katy Freeway on North Post Oak Rd.\nSchedule: Part Time, Wednesday - Friday, 8am - 5pm\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nAnswer main company telephone line; screen, then direct or provide information to callers as appropriate\nEnthusiastically greet and provide information to guests. Direct guests to proper locations.\nBe punctual and dependable so the front desk is staffed at all times\nConsistently provide outstanding customer service internally and externally\nAssist with sorting incoming mail/packages, preparing outgoing mail/packages, and maintaining the mail/supply room as needed\nUpdate, maintain & distribute company phone list\nMaintain a tidy front desk area\nProvide general administrative and clerical support\n Experience Required:\n5+ years demonstrated success in a reception/front desk or closely related role\nMust have a competent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.\nRecord of excellent attendance and punctuality\nRequired Qualifications:\nDriven by a desire to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers\nLack of “phone reluctance”.
