Job Summary

• We are looking for a professional, confident, and people-oriented Receptionist to join our team.
• As the first point of contact for our visitors, clients, and partners, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth running of our office.

What you will do
You will be responsible for:

• Keeping accurate records of visitors, calls, and correspondence.
• Answering, screening, and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff.
• Maintaining a neat, organized, and professional reception area.
• Welcoming and attending to visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handling information professionally and maintaining confidentiality.
• Responding to enquiries and providing accurate information.
• Directing visitors and assisting staff with basic office needs.
• Providing general administrative and clerical support.
• Managing appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.

Who we are looking for
You should have:

• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand requests and respond appropriately.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, hospitality, or front-desk roles.
• A professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and professional etiquette.
• A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower or its equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative reporting.
