Receptionist to join our team.\nAs the first point of contact for our visitors, clients, and partners, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth running of our office.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\nKeeping accurate records of visitors, calls, and correspondence.\nAnswering, screening, and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff.\nMaintaining a neat, organized, and professional reception area.\nWelcoming and attending to visitors in a friendly and professional manner.\nHandling information professionally and maintaining confidentiality.\nResponding to enquiries and providing accurate information.\nDirecting visitors and assisting staff with basic office needs.\nProviding general administrative and clerical support.\nManaging appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.\n\nWho we are looking for\n\nYou should have:\n\nStrong listening skills and the ability to understand requests and respond appropriately.\nPrevious experience in reception, customer service, administration, hospitality, or front-desk roles.\nA professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and colleagues.\nBasic knowledge of office procedures and
