This position is considered essential personnel and is expected to work during inclement weather and/or school closings.\nThe specific duties include:\nMaintain campus grounds and other college property including mowing, weed trimming, and edging. Operate riding mowers, tillers, blowers and other equipment as needed.\nPlant, water, mulch, trees and shrubs. Prune hedges and perform other maintenance of lawns and shrubs. Remove paper, debris, and other trash as necessary.\nMonitor activity on campus, identify problems and report or address as needed.\nNote: Operation of equipment will require the ability to lift and place equipment and materials and may expose the employee to certain hazardous conditions.
