As a Guest Services Agent, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their stay.

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required; hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor
- Previous cash handling experience required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with computer systems and experience with hotel property management systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties in an active front desk environment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
