You will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting financial data to ensure accuracy and support informed decision-making.\nResponsibilities:\nParticipate in budget development for responsibility centers\nAnalyze the budgets of the responsibility centres.\nPerform weekly cost monitoring (contracts and general fees).\nProduce detailed reports on budget monitoring and evaluation (general costs and fees).\nAnalyze budget disparities (budget projection vs. actual) on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and project-final basis.\nAssist the controller with external checks.\nParticipate in the development of key performance indicators and ensure their follow-up.\nIdentify non-value-added activities and propose corrective measures.\nEnsure the accuracy of financial data.\nClosely interact with the people in charge of contracts.\nConduct comparative studies to monitor costs and improvements.\nPrepare monthly reports to submit to Management.\nPerform any other related tasks within the scope of your duties upon request from your superior.\nExperience and Skills Required:\nBachelor's degree in accounting, Finanace, or any other related field\nMinimum five (5) years of experience in a similar position.\nExperience with Canadian procurement standards (Requirement 1031-2: experience with Canadian procurement standards).\nExcellent knowledge of the Office Suite (especially Excel) and Oracle.\nProficiency in French and English (written and spoken). Fluency in English is required for this position, as you will interact with English-speaking suppliers, stakeholders or clients.\n\nWorking conditions are:\nPermanent & Full time position (40hrs per week).\nWork office in Lévis.
