This team have been involved in many precedent-setting cases and regularly handle cases in the appellate courts. You will be working on complex claims of considerable sensitivity and profile with a varied caseload of defendant abuse and social care claims and litigation.\nKey Responsibilities\nTo assist file handlers in progressing the files\nReview and analysis of relevant documents\nAnalysis of liability, quantum and causation\nClient liaison \nCompliance with court directions and timetables\nDrafting documents and correspondence to clients/court/witnesses/claimants solicitors\nInstructing and liaising with Counsel/experts \nCompleting and updating MI \nAchieve a chargeable target\nAssisting with the preparation of document bundles for hearings.\nCompliance with client SLAs\n35 hours per week\nMonday -
