decision-making.\nSupport project-focused accounting deliverables, ensuring financial accuracy and control.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting systems and processes.\nAccounting & Reconciliations\nManage daily accounting entries in compliance with company policies.\nPerform bank reconciliations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.\nConduct ledger reconciliations with vendors and customers to maintain accurate records.\nPrepare and review weekly vendor-wise aging reports for effective payable management.\nEnsure statutory dues reconciliations such as TDS, GST, PF, etc., are completed accurately and on time.\nFacilitate monthly billing and e-invoicing activities, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.\nTaxation & Compliance\nReview monthly and annual GST returns and ensure accurate and timely filing.\nLiaise with external consultants for documentation related to GST refunds and compliance queries.\nEnsure all financial records are audit-ready, supporting statutory, internal, and GRC audits as required.\nCash & Credit Management\nManage credit control and cash management functions to optimize working capital.\nMonitor customer receivables and ensure timely collections through proactive follow-ups.\nProcess Improvement & Issue Resolution\nContinuously identify opportunities to enhance financial systems and workflows.\nInvestigate financial discrepancies or process issues and implement corrective actions.\nSupport cross-functional teams for Fixed Asset Verification (Register vs Actuals) and related reconciliations.\nPrepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by management.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.\nProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally, D365).\nAdvanced MS Excel and data analysis skills.\nDetail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\nStrong communication and coordination skills across teams.\nQualifications & Experience\nCA Qualified / MBA with 2-3 years of experience / Graduate with 5-7 years of experience\nExperience in GST filings, reconciliations, and audit support will be an
