The claims handler will be responsible for managing a caseload of Public / Employers Liability claims up to a reserve value of £20,000. This includes personal injury, product liability and property damage. The handler will manage the claim from inception to settlement pre litigation.\nKey Accountabilities\n\nTo pro-actively manage a caseload of Public Liability, Employers Liability, Property Damage & Product Liability claims\nMaintain accurate data on relevant case management system\nComply with set client SLA’s\nEnsure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard\nUndertake appropriate additional tasks provided by the Team Leader\nWorking Hours\n35 hours per week\nMonday -
