This role provides technical leadership for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives while guiding engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders from concept through production.\nLead the design, development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning and generative AI solutions across the organization.\nDefine enterprise standards, architecture patterns, MLOps practices, and model governance frameworks.\nPartner with business leaders to identify high-value use cases and translate them into scalable AI solutions.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists, ML engineers, analytics teams, and developers.\nOversee model lifecycle management including feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, drift monitoring, and retraining.\nBuild and optimize machine learning pipelines using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Python, and related technologies.\nEnsure security, compliance, explainability, and responsible AI principles are embedded into all solutions.\nCollaborate with executive leadership to create AI roadmaps and measure business outcomes.\nPresent technical concepts, recommendations, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field;
