Due to the national security requirements of this position, candidates must hold British Citizenship to be eligible to apply.\nWhat will your day look like:\nLiaison: Communicate with Disclosure teams for the various MOD services\nInvestigation: Handle allocated claims\nEvidence Gathering: Obtain all relevant evidence and documentation\nResolution: Determine appropriate actions to resolve each case\nReporting: Prepare detailed reports, advising on legal liability,quantum, and tactics as needed\nNegotiation: Negotiate settlements within agreed authority limits\nProfessional Correspondence: Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved\nAdherence to Procedures: Handle cases according to documented procedures and client requirements\nReserve Management: Regularly review and maintain proper reserves\nContinuous Learning: Stay updated on technical changes relevant to your role,including participating in company-facilitated training programs\n\nKnowledge and Abilities:\nProficiency in managing Claims from cradle to grave\nUnderstanding of Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal\nCommitment to delivering outstanding customer service\nCollaborative team player\nManagement of personal caseload\nDemonstrated adaptability and versatility\n\nDesirable:\nExperience with the investigation of Liability Claims\nExperience managing NIHL (Noise Induced Hearing Loss)\nKnowledge of how to value injury claims\nFamiliarity with reserving strategies\nExceptional communication abilities across various levels\n\nThis role is tailored for individuals who are eager to apply their claim handling expertise and are ready to grow within a forward-thinking company.
