Working alongside the Business Unit Director and Team Leader for one of our client specific teams, the Operational Support Assistant will undertake tasks to enable the team to be a highly effective and profitable.\nKey Accountabilities\nSupporting the Business Unit Director and Team Leader, the role will include:\nCompletion of file allocation processes for new and transferred files;\nCollection of internal monthly MI for new instructions and transferred files; settlements achieved; caseload levels; and performance against targets at FE level and business area level;\nMarshalling the internal file transfer process from other business units for files to be handled within the Costs Team and thereafter, collation of data on new instructions and transferred files, providing analysis;\nUndertaking conflict checks on direct instructions;\nMaintaining Sage and Dashboard with holidays requests, absence and allowed deductions;\nNew starter set up in Tracker and maintenance of internal distribution lists;\nUse of Power BI and BO Reports to complete internal MI requests;\nAd hoc requests for support from the Business Unit Director and Team Leader\n Working Hours\n 35 hours per week although part-time may be considered.\nMonday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.\nLocations for this role are Birmingham, Bolton or Liverpool offices.\nExperience, Skills and Qualifications\nAble to use Excel, Tracker and Business Objects\nAttained at least a Grade C or Grade 4 pass mark in GCSE Maths and English\nGood telephone and communication skills with people at all levels inside and outside the business\nAn ability to organise and prioritise tasks using initiative\nCalm under pressure with the ability to re-prioritise when required\nAn ability to maintain attention to detail when dealing with repetitive tasks\nSelf-confidence with good literacy and IT skills\nGood team worker with the flexibility to do what is required\nAbility to work effectively within the Keoghs Shared Values framework\nBenefits\nDavies Incentive Plan\n25 days holiday per year which increases with level of service (opportunity to buy & sell 3 days)\nSimply Health Care Cash Plan\nWeCare -
