You will champion automation, observability, and cloud-native excellence, ensuring platforms are resilient, performant, and able to scale with business demands.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design and enhancement of enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines supporting automated build, test, security, and deployment workflows. \nEnsure pipelines are highly scalable, secure, and optimised for fast, reliable delivery across multiple products and environments. \nCollaborate with engineers and QA teams to embed quality gates, security scanning, and automated testing throughout the pipeline. \nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual interventions, increase deployment frequency, and enhance release confidence. \nMentor engineers on best practices in release automation, branching strategies, and pipeline optimisation.\nArchitect, provision, and maintain cloud environments (preferably Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, ARM, or Bicep. \nOversee the stability, performance, and scalability of development, staging, and production environments. \nImplement robust cloud architecture aligned with security, cost-optimisation, and operational standards. \nLead investigation and resolution of complex infrastructure or environment-related incidents in collaboration with global teams. \nGuide the adoption of cloud-native patterns, automation, and modern infrastructure practices.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n5-8+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE, ideally within complex enterprise environments.\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).\nAdvanced experience with CI/CD technologies (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native services.\nSolid proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred;
