You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to defined benefits and transformation priorities. Operating in a hybrid (Agile and waterfall) delivery environment, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, business leads, and third-party partners to drive successful and sustainable change outcomes. \n\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Delivery & Ownership\n• Own delivery of projects from initiation through to completion and handover to BAU\n• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders\n• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependencies\n\nFinancial & Commercial Management\n• Proactively manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis\n• Provide clear financial reporting to inform sponsor and Group-level decision making\n\nGovernance & Reporting\n• Operate within established project governance frameworks (PMO / programme structures)\n• Produce high-quality governance packs, reporting, and steerco updates\n• Maintain accurate RAID logs and ensure timely escalation of risks and issues\n\nStakeholder & Team Leadership\n• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations\n• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, providing clear, concise updates\n• Coordinate third-party vendors and delivery partners where applicable\n\nDelivery Execution\n• Drive progress, remove blockers, and manage interdependencies\n• Ensure effective use of project tooling (e.g. Jira, MS Project, PPM tools)\n• Support Agile ceremonies and/or structured delivery phases as appropriate\n\nBenefits & Outcomes\n• Define, track, and report on project KPIs and benefits\n• Ensure delivery of tangible business outcomes and successful transition to BAU\n• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nExperience of managing business-change projects in a fast-paced environment\nProven experience managing cross-functional delivery across business and technology teams\nExperience delivering transformation and/or process improvement initiatives\nExperience managing budgets, suppliers, and complex stakeholder environments\nStrong stakeholder management, including senior/executive audiences\nExperience of managing international projects\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability; data-driven decision making\nExcellent communication skills, with high-quality written and presentation output\nAbility to operate autonomously, prioritise effectively, and deliver under pressure\nExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)\nStrong governance and reporting discipline within structured PMO frameworks\nProficiency in project management tools\nResilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity\nCollaborative and influential, with the ability to lead without direct authority\nContinuous improvement mindset;
